Super easy safari breakfast - 1 muffin tin, 1 plate and 1 Cookswell jiko!

| Simply lay as much streaky bacon as you want on the bottom of a non-stick muffin tin, crack an egg into each one and add salt, pepper etc. and/or a piece of feta cheese and bake in a hot Cookswell oven for 25min. |
